KUUHO application which is developed by CAS over the past two years has integrated to Danang Feedback Portal (https://gopy.danang.gov.vn) and officially been launched on 10 Oct 2019.
KUUHO app has 3 outstanding features:
- Raise an emergency: Sending alerts to authorities and other people around you in case of an emergency occurs. You can also receive these emergencies and give a helping hand to others.
- Call for help: Apart from emergency calls, you can call out for helps in Medical, Repair & Security services and receive response from relevant people with the expertise in the fields.
- Violation Report to government agencies: Help to improve the social well-being by reporting local issues about Dangers, Violations or Travel related issues by uploading photos and pinpointing the exact locations.
For Violation Report feature, all problems of the city reported by KUUHO will be directly posted on https://gopy.danang.gov.vn to help transferring the issues to Danang agencies.
We hope that launching KUUHO app to Danang citizens will help to promote an interaction between organizations, individuals and government agencies in our community and thereby building a livable friendly environment for Danang city.
