Commercial & Purchasing Staff (with technical procurement experience)
Job Description:
- Execute the procurement process for both domestic and international goods and materials to support the company’s production and business needs (in the fields of electricity, automation, solar, and high-tech agriculture).
- Source suppliers, negotiate prices and contract terms, and monitor the delivery schedule for materials and equipment.
- Ensure the quality of incoming goods and manage the materials warehouse.
- Collaborate to consult on the company’s solutions/products and provide quotes to clients/partner businesses.
- Manage procurement documents, records, and materials in compliance with regulations.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, etc..
- Experience in technical material procurement is required.
- Honest, proactive, with strong negotiation skills.
- Positive mindset, a service-oriented attitude, and a passion for learning.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
