Commercial & Purchasing Staff (with technical procurement experience)

Job Description:

  • Execute the procurement process for both domestic and international goods and materials to support the company’s production and business needs (in the fields of electricity, automation, solar, and high-tech agriculture).
  • Source suppliers, negotiate prices and contract terms, and monitor the delivery schedule for materials and equipment.
  • Ensure the quality of incoming goods and manage the materials warehouse.
  • Collaborate to consult on the company’s solutions/products and provide quotes to clients/partner businesses.
  • Manage procurement documents, records, and materials in compliance with regulations.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, etc..
  • Experience in technical material procurement is required.
  • Honest, proactive, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Positive mindset, a service-oriented attitude, and a passion for learning.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
