Marketing Staff
Job Description:
- Conduct direct market research (on-site visits to points of sale, fairs, supermarkets, hotels, etc.) to observe behavior and gather insights about customers and competitors.
- Develop and implement online & offline marketing activities; select and manage appropriate communication channels (social media, email, events, fairs, etc.).
- Create content (articles, images, short videos, etc.) or collaborate with teams/partners to produce high-quality media products.
- Monitor and analyze data, optimize campaign effectiveness, and propose improvements.
- Coordinate with the sales department to generate leads and support customer care.
- Periodically report results and propose creative solutions to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in agriculture, environment, sustainable development, or social impact models.
- Ability to write clear, easy-to-understand content that is suitable for different audiences.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Google Docs, and PowerPoint.
- Possess basic analytical skills and an understanding of the customer information flow (behavior, persona, touchpoints).
- Systems thinking mindset, good teamwork skills, willingness to learn, and proactive work attitude.
- Experience in event implementation, running communication channels (Facebook, Zalo, Email, etc.), or using tools like Google Analytics and CRM is an advantage.
