Mechanical Technician
Job Description:
- Perform tasks related to mechanical and electrical systems in company projects, including solar power projects, high-tech agriculture projects, and agrisolar models, etc.
- Conduct surveys, assess site conditions, and design structural systems for solar power, as well as various machinery, equipment, and automated mechanical/structural systems for high-tech agriculture.
- Develop construction drawings (Shop-drawing) and manage related submission procedures for approval as required by each project type.
- Perform quantity surveying and manage materials for construction.
- Install equipment, supervise construction, and perform acceptance testing for project items.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, upgrade, and perform periodic maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems during operation.
- Participate in research and development (R&D) to upgrade and improve equipment and systems, optimizing construction and operational efficiency.
- Report on progress and perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from programs in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical – Automation Engineering, Integrated Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- At least 1 year of experience in the mechanical and electrical fields, with proficiency in basic mechanical tools (welding, drilling, cutting machines) and simple civil or industrial electrical work.
- Diligent, eager to learn, and willing to travel to project sites.
- Practical experience in projects, farms, or production workshops is a plus.
- Able to read and understand basic technical English.
