Green Youth Labs, a training programme for innovation and a socially equitable energy transition, funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) and implemented by the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) Climate and Energy Project in Asia and Live and Learn (L&L).
On November 24th, the program with the companionship colleagues from the Center for Adaptive Capacity Building (CAB) had a visit and training at the CAS factory, this was part of the program’s offline activities in Danang, the training session was attended by experts from CAS and 30 members of the program, who are students from many region in Vietnam.

There were many activities that took place during the training session such as:
- Taking a look at high-tech, smart and precise agricultural systems
- Introducing the circular model of growing vegetables and raising fish
- Getting familiar to organic waste treatment solutions
- Learning details in seminars with experts
Sightseeing activities take place in a fun and positive atmosphere
In addition, members of Green Youth Labs are also introduced to the potential and job opportunities in the future green transition. In 2030, with a green jobs coefficient of 2.4 (each green job will create another 1.4 jobs), there will be 8.4 million jobs created through the green transition. This is a huge market, and there is no shortage of opportunities for everyone.
